Butterflies flutter inside and around

Bluebells and lilies weave happily

A joyful tone humming on my lips

A hearty skip in my light footsteps

Oh, what has got into me today?

Can you tell me this feeling, please?

Breeze blows in invigorating whispers

Robins have never looked so cheerful

A cherry petal lands in your dark tresses

A slight shake of head knocking it off

Oh, why does my heart thump today?

Can you tell me this feeling, please?

Glare ever-present in those red orbs

Focus built in those beautiful features

A sweet tremble goes down my spine

A bright smile making its way to my face

Oh, why do I want to embrace myself today?

Can you tell me this feeling, please?

The world is going many places

I continue to stare at your lone form

A peaceful look hiding much tenderness

A consuming aura promising deep passion

Oh, what does this heart desire today?

-stares at the poem and lets out a nervous laugh-  Man, was that weird! I tried to put in some more structure in this piece which I think I’d succeed in pulling off ( except the punctuation part – I simply couldn’t figure it out so I left it as is ), though there’s a lot more needed before I can possibly get a proper one – the kind of thing you read about in grammar books, lol. But really, writing romance or any such thing is seriously not my stuff. I’m better off penning down more philosophical thoughts, or so I think. xD Maybe the problem’s with experience of such feelings so I might be able to do something about it in future but definitely not now. Though I’m still gonna try and write down about every single thing which strikes me randomly ( yeah, there’s just too much randomness in my life so why do people expect the contrary in what comes out of my mind?! :P ). Alright then, done with this!

PS : There might be some errors regarding the geography and botany of the setting but I can’t be bothered with them at the moment.
